THE ESSENTIALS
This is a California created masterpiece that was showcased on the cover of the July 2010 issue of Street Truck Magazine. This is a blown 427 cu in with 750 HP and 800 lbs-ft of torque made with 10,000 hand fastened rivets! The theme is WWII Bomber inspired and the attention to detail is superb throughout!
We’re not known for selling many Customs, but this is an amazing truck! This is a tale of one man’s dream: to make a show stopping, hugely fast and powerful custom that can be enjoyed in his garage, on the show field, at the races or driven to the grocery store. And was he successful!!
He started with a 1967 (although CA titled as a 1969) Chevy C-10 pick-up and performed a complete body-off restoration. He had created a custom made frame and drive-train so very little that remains is OEM. It has a custom air ride over the 12-bolt Chevy axle. He installed fantastic brakes using six-piston calipers up front and four-piston for the rear.
This is a no-expense spared custom with exceptional build quality. Frankly, we’ve not seen such fabulous workmanship on a custom. Especially the undercarriage! It’s fabulous!
We strongly urge you to read the well detailed article from the Street Truck magazine article from July 2010 available on our website. This is a very well written review of the truck and its history.
This truck includes trophies and has won the 2010 Sweepstakes win and the Best Truck Motor at the Grand National Roadster Show in Pomona this year as well as the First in Class win at the Sacramento Autorama. We are sure that this truck will have many more wins in its future.
This is a tremendous opportunity to acquire a top-quality, show winning Custom Truck for a fraction of the cost to build. Will this be yours?
