We Buy, Service and Sell high-quality collector cars through Private Sales (Consignment). Our clients have ranged from major collections to new enthusiasts entering the hobby. Classic Promenade is a dba for Classic Consultants, LLC. Located in Phoenix, AZ, we have been serving the classic car hobby since 2002.

Our team members have distinguished careers in business and have been life long collectors of fine motorcars. We are Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen in the Collector Car Hobby.
Harry Clark has been a significant collector of motorcars since he was 15 years old (Harry is Hal’s son- so the passion is in his genes!). Although for twenty years he was busy as the founder and CEO of two very successful high growth companies, he always participated heavily in the top levels of the Classic Car hobby. He has a special affinity to CCCA Classics and has collected and enjoyed marques such as Packard, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Bugatti, Pierce Arrow and Cadillac. He was honored to serve for two terms on the National Board of Directors of the Classic Car Club of America and The LeMay Museum. He is a CCCA Master Judge and actively participates in numerous Concours events including Pebble Beach, Amelia Island and others.
Harry is active in the awards ceremony at the Pebble Beach Concours and was Vice-Chair and presently Field Marshal of the La Jolla Concours. Harry is the bestselling author of “Mistakes Millionaires Make” and in the past three years has made keynote presentations to CEO associations in 70 cities in 25 countries. He enjoys teaching and helping people.
Harry was the founder and CEO of two INC 500 Companies, a Senior Officer of a Fortune 100 company and was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year. Harry also was named Citizen of the Year for the Boy Scouts of America. He has a Bachelors and MBA from Cal State Univ, Long Beach. Harry is the 2020-21 Chapter Chair for the YPO Gold Arizona and has been a YPO member for over 25 years.
Chip Henson is a Collection Curator and a life-long avid motorcar and motorcycle enthusiast. Chip has enjoyed a career as an entrepreneur in marketing and advertising with his own agency and designed and developed products for the Harley-Davidson aftermarket products industry. He recently sold his aftermarket company which sells products world-wide and has benefited numerous disabled motorcyclists.
Chip’s father was an automotive Service Advisor for over 40 years including 30 years with Coulter Cadillac here in Phoenix. His dad owned numerous classic cars over the years and Chip helped him service and sell several vehicles. Collector cars and motorcycles run deep within his DNA.
Chip has owned and restored numerous cars and motorcycles. Most notably a ’67 Impala SS, a ’70 Chevelle SS and a ’72 De Tomas Pantera. Chip was a competitive motorcycle racer for several years, but rides at a much slower pace these days on his “almost vintage” Harley Heritage Springer.
Chip earned his bachelor’s from Arizona State University. His favorite pastimes include spending time with his daughter, who is a recent graduate from the architecture program at ASU, enjoying the company of life-long friends, riding motorcycles with his buddies and traveling.
James joined Classic Promenade as our Service Advisor after 28 years restoring American and European cars in Palm Beach, Florida. James spent eight years servicing and maintaining six collections comprising of about 75 collector cars.
He has completed full restorations on 12 automobiles, including Mercedes-Benz, Lagonda, Aston Martin, Triumph and Jaguars.
James started racing with his brother in 1976 in a 1965 Shelby Mustang S Model at Walkins Glen, Pocono and Mid-Ohio. He later enjoyed attending races at Daytona and Sebring and many other venues.
Santos is our Detail Manager and has over 20 years experience professionally detailing automobiles. Simply put, he is a magician!! Santos specializes in concours quality detailing, including painting, wet sanding, polishing, and conditioning. He prepares collector vehicles for sale as well as detailing client vehicles for concours events.
Santos loves collector cars (as well as golf and soccer) and is very proud to have earned his US citizenship in 2019.
Carey Nelson is the Office Manager for Classic Promenade and leads client services for Classic Promenade Auctions. She is responsible for bills of sale, title transfers, coordinating transport of the collector cars and our general accounting. Carey interacts throughout the day with our clients and strives daily to create an amazing customer experience.
She joins us with 15 years experience in service and administrative functions. Carey attended Northern Arizona University and the Northern Arizona Institute of Technology with an emphasis in accounting. Carey enjoys her family, her giant pit bull and traveling.
Hal Clark co-founded Classic Promenade in our early years and has been a collector of vintage sports cars, muscle cars and various collector cars of the 30’s through the 70’s for the past 50 years as a very active hobby. Hal has especially enjoyed his Aston Martin DB4 Vantage Volante, Kaiser-Darrin, Chrysler 300C’s, Corvettes and Jaguar XKE’s. Now retired, Hal will always be part of our DNA (literally and figuratively).
For over two decades Hal was CEO and board member of several public global technology companies. He has also taught MBA students at UCLA Graduate School of Business. He has an MBA and Doctorate.
