Harry's Thoughts
THE ESSENTIALS
This is an all-steel $120,000 build. It comes fully equipped with Vintage Air, 350 cu in V8 and four speed automatic transmission. Power everything! No disappointments!
This is a no-expense spared restoration and custom build of an all steel 37 Chevy. This Chevy is just fantastic! The build quality is absolutely top notch- from the exceptional body work and deep purple metallic paint to the absolutely gorgeous light grey interior- this Chevy will not disappoint.
The interior is absolutely like new, even after over ten years since its build and 6,200 miles. No nicks, soiling, etc. We love the art deco inspired lines designed throughout. The color of the interior is a grey or stone color. It is rich and elegant.
The 350 cu in V8 is a new crate engine with about 6,200 miles from new. It has about 290 HP (but it really performs well). The engine delivers its power through a new 700 R4 four speed automatic transmission. I love the shifter that looks at first glance to be a manual shifter. The rear end ratio allows the fourth gear shift to occur at speeds of about 55 mph. This makes for fabulous third gear in-town or mountain driving and makes for terrific fuel economy and comfort at highway speeds.
The front end is a modern A arm coil suspension and features power disc brakes. The rear end also features supplemental air bags for when rear seat passengers are being transported or to raise it up to 3 inches. Normally these are kept deflated.
This Chevy was built with all the convenience of a modern car. It has Vintage air conditioning, power steering, brakes, windows and full tilt wheel. The dash board looks very cool in grey with full digital instrumentation. The Chevy also has a newer Sony AM/FM/CD with a 10 disc CD cartridge stored in the trunk.
The wheels are Colorado Custom and look perfect on the Coupe.
It has been a multiple award winner and is ready for its new owner to love and enjoy. For more information please call Harry Clark at 602.245.7200 or email us at harry@classicpromenade.com.
