ONLINE ONLY AUCTION at www.classicpromenade.com. This is said to be a fully optioned example of the 2006 Bentley Arnage special Diamond Edition that has spent most of its life in Southern California. Bentley marked its 60 years of production at the Crewe factory with a special Diamond Series Arnage. Only 59 examples were built with 30 sold in the United States.
The original retail price of this Bentley was $242,885, with the options adding up to about $30,000 and make it a unique motorcar. The rare “small light” limousine rear window was about a $15,000 option alone! And the beautiful Storm Grey metallic paint is stunning when contrasted against the English Tan leather interior. The paint is nearly perfect with only a small area near the trunk key slot, having a slight paint defect showing (we’ve seen this same defect on many Arnages). We love the optional chrome grill shell with the chrome matrix grill.
The English Tan leather is in excellent condition throughout. The Burr Oak wood is simply stunning. It is a light burl Oak with an oak trim that is gorgeous. The factory embedded chrome strips along with Bentley logos into the door cap rails, which is extremely rare, if not unique. All four doors also have the extra veneer through the mid section of the door, which we think is a must! The tan sheepskin overlays for the carpet are in the front and back. The fully heated rear seats recline and this Bentley was ordered with the picnic tables for the rear seat occupants as well as the illuminated vanities in the rear side pillars. The center armrest has two champagne flutes to help celebrate life! And the trunk features four Bentley umbrella, just in case of inclimate weather!
The navigation and entertainment system has been updated. And the rare sunroof option is present and fully functioning.
The custom ordered 19 inch Bentley chrome wheels were only an option on the Arnage T, and are in very nice condition with the Yokohama tires showing a little wear. Mechanically, this Arnage Red Label is excellent. The twin turbo engine has been fully serviced and is ready to enjoy. The brakes were fully serviced in 2019. Everything is fully functioning as it should. This Bentley does not suffer from the gremlins of so many others. The twin turbo charged 6.75 liter engine produces about 400 hp and 616 ft-lbs of torque. It comes with a clean CARFAX showing no accidents or other issues. This Arnage comes complete with its books, manuals, remote for the entertainment system and the various tools.

Bentley Arnage
Interesting Fact: The Bentley Arnage is a full-size luxury vehicle that was manufactured by Bentley Motors in England during the years of 1998 to 2009. This model was designed to cause a resurgence of the Bentley brand by being the first new build since the Bentley Mulsanne in 1980.
Choosing to use a third-party engine represented a switch from Bentley tradition, but the BMW M62 V8 engine was selected due to the sporty power it provided. In 1998, a takeover battle between BMW and Volkswagen Group caused a drop in sales when BMW publicly threatened to stop supplying engines if they lost. While this ended up not being an issue, Volkswagen Group redesigned a 6.75-litre 16-valve engine that was used in the Bentley Turbo R, and a revised version of the car named the Arnage Red Label, later to be designated R, was released in late 1999.
The Bentley Arnage T and R were the early variants released during the early years of the manufacturing process. With a 0 to 60 of 5.2 seconds and a top speed of 180 mph, the Arnage T was released in 2002 and is considered the sportier model of the two. Both models boast impressive speeds and a comfortable ride that keeps them popular today!

The original owner’s manual and service history books don’t appear to be present. There should be two leather-bound books in a slide cover with Bentley Arnage embossed in gold. Also can you please post a photo of the tool compartment and tools if it’s not too late. Many thanks!

This Arnage has all the books, tools, remote, light bulbs, flashlight, gloves, etc. I will upload a photo of the books and remote tonight. I cannot speak to the special diamond upholstery other than the interior is definitely not your standard Arnage interior. It is very special. But we do not have the original widow sticker to supplement what we know about it and the owner of the car does not know. Thank you!! Harry
I don’t see anything about tools and manuals. Should there be a remote for the entertainment on an Arnage? Also, reading up on the Diamond series, most sources say that here was “special diamond” upholstery. I see that on nearly every other Arnage for sale but not on this car. What up with that?

Hi – how can you say that “This is said to be a fully optioned example of the 2006 Bentley Arnage special Diamond Edition that has spent its entire life in Southern California.” when the Carfax shows 4 owners from Michigan, Texas, Washington State, and Arizona?
You are very correct. The past owner stated that and we have reviewed the CARFAX and updated the description. That’s why we love the comments section!! According to the CARFAX, it was sold through Michigan and sent directly to SoCal. Then later sold to a dealer in WA and then spent about a year in TX making its way back to SoCal again. So it spent most of its like in SoCal but did live elsewhere. Thanks again!! Harry
