THE ESSENTIALS

SALE PENDING TO TEXAS!!!! We’ve lowered the price for a quick sale!! This is a rust-free two-owner Arizona car. We love this color combination!! With only 48,000 miles since new, this Mustang sports its original Emberglo & Parchment luxury pony interior (Code 65B, Trim Code 64 for the luxury interior). This looks terrific with the coordinated Emberglo metallic paint. This color combination is perfect for its native Arizona! The reliable and robust 200 cu in (120 hp) straight six cylinder engine is paired with the three-speed manual for economy and nice everyday performance.

This Mustang has never seen rust or accidents. It was first owned by a physician living in Parks, Arizona. He owned the car for decades.

It was later bought by our consignment client, a long time collector of cars. He replaced many items that were impacted by the car sitting for many years, such as the gas tank, fuel pump, carburetor, etc. He bought wheel covers, etc as well to make it look sharp!

He also did a cosmetic freshening as a present for his mother. He repainted the car in its original livery of Emberglo, new correct carpeting performed necessary maintenance and few other odds and ends. Having about 50 cars in his collection, his mom soon lost interest. So their loss is your gain. This Mustang is ready to drive and enjoy, needing only a new owner!

This is a very nice classic driver or weekend cruise night car. It is dependable and comfortable. The paint quality is good and very serviceable, but certainly not concours. It’s pretty fitting given the price range for this car.

Interesting Fact: The Ford Mustang has been in continuous production since 1964 and is currently in its sixth generation. This vehicle was originally predicted to sell 100,000 units but ended up selling 400,000 in its first year, and the one-millionth was sold within two years of launch. From 1965 to 1973, the Ford Mustang was created from the compact Ford Falcon. In 1974, however, Ford decided to rework the Mustang to be a longer-wheelbase version of the Pinto. This model, called the Mustang II, was standard until the Mustang began using the Fox platform in 1979. The Ford Mustang stopped using the Fox platform in 2005 and has since produced two generations that use their own unique platforms. The sporty vehicle has offered six-cylinder and eight-cylinder engines throughout its lifespan, but a four-cylinder model is the base today. Throughout the years, varying models of the Ford Mustang were denoted with different nameplates such as GT, Mach 1, Cobra, and more. This muscle car is still a popular option for car buyers and enthusiasts today!
