THE ESSENTIALS
This 2019 Porsche 911 GT2 RS is #99 of 200 track-only Clubsport models built for the model year and was purchased new by the current owner in October 2019. The lightweight body panels are finished in white with red accents over a factory-stripped interior with an integrated safety cage, and power comes from a twin-turbocharged 3.8L flat-six paired with a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a carbon-fiber hood, decklid, rear wing, and roof panel with a removable escape hatch as well as an air-jack system, 18″ forged wheels, a fire-suppression system, a single Recaro seat, a Schroth six-point harness, and air conditioning. Modifications consist of a two-camera VBOX Video HD2 track package, a Teradek live stream system, a Coolshirt system, a Maglock fresh air helmet system, and an intercom. This 991 GT2 RS Clubsport has 4,500 kilometers (~2,800 miles) and is now offered on dealer consignment in Arizona with original purchase paperwork, spare parts, a fitted car cover, and a bill of sale.
All 991 GT2 RS Clubsport models were factory finished in white (9CA) over an aluminum-steel composite frame with a carbon-fiber front hood, front fenders, front fender extenders, doors, rear decklid, a motorsport wing, front dive planes, a roof panel with a removable escape hatch, air intakes, and rear bumper cover. This example features an exposed carbon-fiber roof as well as red accents. Additional equipment includes a hood-mounted filler cap for the 30-gallon fuel cell, a front cowl-mounted electrical cutoff switch, a passenger-side panel port for the five-gallon turbo intercooler distilled water tank, and front and rear OMP tow straps.
Forged 18″ forged BBS wheels feature center-lock hubs and are mounted with 280/650 front and 330/710 rear Yokohama Advan slicks. Two matching sets of wheels and tires are included in the sale along with a set of red and blue center-lock nuts. The Clubsport features a fully independent suspension with three-way racing dampers, adjustable anti-roll bars, and electrohydraulic power steering with a variable steering ratio. The air-jack system features three jacks. The braking system features a dual-circuit setup with adjustable balance as well as silver-finished Brembo six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers over slotted and vented multi-piece steel rotors.
A single Recaro P1300 GT racing seat is mounted within the stripped cockpit and features fore and aft adjustment as well as a Schroth six-point harness. The car is equipped with a factory-integrated roll cage, a fire-suppression system, air conditioning, a carbon-fiber switch panel, an electrical cutoff switch, an integrated lap trigger, and the Porsche Track Precision race app. A lithium-ion battery is positioned in the passenger footwell along with the ECU. Modifications include a two-camera VBOX Video HD2 track package, a Teradek live stream system, a Coolshirt system, a Maglock fresh air helmet system, and an intercom radio.
The carbon-fiber steering wheel is mounted on a quick-release hub and features an integrated pit speed limiter and shift paddles. Instrumentation is displayed on a Cosworth LCD screen with an integrated data logger. A Racelogic predictive lap timer and a MoTeC shift light module are also fitted. The digital odometer shows 4,500 kilometers (~2,800 miles). A dash-mounted plaque indicates that this car is #99 of 200 GT2 RS Clubsport cars built.
The twin-turbocharged 3.8L flat-six features VarioCam Plus camshaft adjustment and valve lift control and was factory rated at 700 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The gearbox features active oil cooling as well as a dual-mass flywheel. The GT2 RS Clubsport is equipped with central dual exhaust outlets and a 100-cell catalytic converter.
