This is a very nice largely original 1967 Lincoln Continental 4-Door Sedan that has been in Arizona for much of its life. Having accumulated 68,000 miles from new, this is largely an original survivor with one repaint in its original color. This has been part of a large collection that has benefitted from an unlimited checkbook for service and maintenance. This is a beautiful example of a Continental that can be enjoyed as a classic daily driver, for touring or shown at local and regional events.

This was built on June 30th, 1967, and was bought through the Home Office as a reserved example. This Lincolns first owner was Frank Anderson of Paradise Valley, AZ who passed away in 1978. It was stored away until the house was sold in March of 1986 to its second family of owners having accumulated 57,871 miles from new. The second family enjoyed the Lincoln for the next 22 years selling it to its present owner on February 13th, 2008, having accumulated 65,504 miles from new. The Lincoln has been part of a large collection of collector cars in Scottsdale, AZ.

The exterior is in very nice condition with one repaint in its original White (Paint Code M) that has excellent shine and luster. The chrome and stainless are in very good to excellent condition.

The interior is in nearly new condition in its original Black Cloth and Balck Vinyl (Trim Code 1A). The upholstery is in excellent condition and appears as new. The black carpeting also looks nearly as new with little to no wear shown, which one would expect for a 68,000-mile example. The steering wheel and dashboard have no cracks and look great. The chrome on the interior is in excellent condition as is the wood trim. The AM-FM radio and power antenna as well as the clock appear to not be working correctly. The air conditioning blows nice and cold even in 100-degree weather. Overall, the interior is in excellent original condition.

The engine compartment has been detailed and is largely original and in very nice condition. The 462 cid engine is very powerful and smooth. The air conditioning compressor is new, and the system works great. There are no known mechanical issues and this Continental drives beautifully.

This Continental comes complete with an owner’s manual, the original factory build sheet and receipts dating back to the 1980’s.

For more information and details, please call or text Harry Clark at +1.623.404.9042 or email us at sales@classicpromenade.com. This Continental is available for inspection at our showroom in Phoenix. We are pleased to coordinate inspections, and we help coordinate shipping worldwide. We also have financing partners if you are interested in financing.

This 1948 Lincoln Continental Coupe was the last year of production and has been restored to be a terrific tour car that can be shown at local shows. This is a CCCA “Full Classic” which makes it eligible to participate in CARavans and concours events. The trend-setting design by Edsel Ford and Bob Gregorie made the Post War Lincolns very sought after by Hollywood stars and the elite such as Frank Lloyd Wright and Jackie Cooper. This Lincoln has had several long-time owners and was on display for nearly a decade at the Franklin Automotive Museum in Tucson, AZ. It has been well maintained and restored as needed including mechanical upgrades to optimize it for rally events. It needs little to be shown and toured.

This Lincoln was acquired new and enjoyed for years by a Dentist in South Carolina. It made its way to Texas and then was acquired by a gentleman in the 1960s in Tucson, AZ where it was toured and shown for many years. The Tucson owner maintained the Lincoln well and had the motor rebuilt and made numerous updates over the years. The Lincoln was acquired approximately 15 years ago by the Franklin Automotive Museum in Tucson, AZ where it was on display for eight years. The Lincoln was then acquired in March of 2016 by Michael McClure of Queen Valley, AZ. Mr. McClure has made numerous mechanical upgrades to the Lincoln and has toured and rallied the Lincoln extensively, adding over 20,000 miles.

The livery of this Lincoln is a beautiful Opal Blue Green (Paint Code M-14154). The body appears to be very straight, and the paint has a very nice luster and shine. This is what we would call a tour quality restoration with very nice cosmetics and an emphasis on dependability. The chrome and bright work show very well overall with minor imperfections. The bustle back trunk is complete with a rear mount spare which gave way to the popular after-market “Continental Kits”. Another beautiful feature is the circular push button door releases which help streamline the sleek exterior look. The wide white wall tires and chrome wheel covers show well and add to the beautiful classic look of this stunning Lincoln.

The interior is finished in green vinyl and gray nylon cord upholstery which is comfortable and shows well overall. The green Wilton nylon Carpet is in nice condition, showing minor wear only in high traffic areas. The dash, gauges and interior chrome are all in nice condition. The AM radio is in nice condition and the hydraulic power windows work well. The gauges all function properly apart from the radio and the clock. A beautifully designed feature is the circular push button door releases which streamline the interior as they do on the exterior. The interior shows well overall and is very comfortable.

The engine compartment is nicely detailed and painted and shows well overall. The 1946 through 1948 Lincolns were the only post war American car produced with a V-12 engine. The 292 ci Flathead V-12 produces 125 hp and the power is transferred to the rear differential through the 3-speed on the column manual transmission with freewheeling overdrive which shifts smoothly and operates quietly. The V-12 motor was rebuilt approximately 30k miles ago by H&H Flatheads in La Crescenta, CA and runs strong and well. The current owner has rebuilt and upgraded the entire drivetrain from the flywheel back using hardened bearings making this Lincoln tour ready.

The Lincoln comes with numerous parts included in the sale. This 1948 Lincoln is a gorgeous example and is ready to be enjoyed, toured, and shown.

For more information and details, please call or text Harry Clark at +1.623.404.9042 or email us at sales@classicpromenade.com. This Lincoln Continental Coupe is available for inspection at our Phoenix showroom. We are pleased to offer FaceTime or WhatsApp live video inspections and we help coordinate shipping worldwide. We also have financing partners if you are interested in financing.

This is a very well-done mild resto-custom of a fully restored 1941 Lincoln Continental Convertible. Imagine, the only changes were the installation of a crate 350 cu in Chevy engine, conversion of the electrical system to 12-volts and a power brake unit. The transmission, overdrive, clutch, brakes and the rest of the drive train and suspension are all stock. The steering and shifting feels rock-solid and well-engineered. And cosmetically, most concours would love to have this on their field (except the engine change, etc.).

Featured in a beautifully prepared black livery with a correct power black Haartz cloth convertible top with red piping, this has the right look. The chrome is gorgeous and the new wide white wall radials set it off! Nearly everything about this car would fool most collectors as being totally stock. The owner has been asked by the CCCA to show the car at their events!

The red leather is of high quality and correct for the car. There has been tastefully installed an Alpine stereo and CD changer in the dashboard.

We think this would be the ultimate classic to drive to work on Fridays and enjoy over the weekend. It is incredibly easy to drive and feels like a classic in every way, except the throaty burble from the exhaust. It has benefited from the installation of modern oil pressure and temperature gauges and uses the original voltage and fuel gauges.

The restoration and 350 conversion was performed by Jerry Richman from Brockton, Mass. One previous owner enjoyed the Lincoln for at least 20 years. The restoration quality is very nice in all respects.

For more details or to arrange a video inspection, call or text Harry Clark at +1.623.404.9042 or email us at sales@classicpromenade.com. This Lincoln Continental Convertible is available for inspection with the owner in Tennessee. We can arrange a FaceTime or WhatsApp live video inspections and we help coordinate shipping worldwide. We also have financing partners if you are interested in financing.

This 1967 Lincoln Continental Convertible has been very well maintained and was updated at the cost of over $80,000 in 2017 by repainting all exterior horizontal surfaces, adding a new vinyl convertible top, re-chroming parts as needed and replacing the entire interior with gorgeous new leather. This Continental has proven to be a dependable touring car and is ready to drive across the country. This stunning Lincoln Continental could easily be the center piece of most collections.

This Lincoln Convertible was acquired new by an airline pilot in 1967 and enjoyed for numerous years. The current owner, Bradley Huson, acquired the Lincoln in 2015 in Portland, OR. In 2017, Mr. Huson updated the Lincoln’s exterior paint and chrome, restored the interior and had the power convertible top systems restored and replaced with a new black vinyl top.

The exterior of this iconic Lincoln Continental is gorgeous with its rear-hinged coach doors, bladed fenders and slab side styling. The stunning and understated livery is finished in Medium Beige Metallic (Code E). The horizontal surfaces were all repainted in 2017 and the entire exterior has a beautiful luster and shine. The chrome has been re-chromed only as needed and is in very nice overall condition as is the stainless bright work. The black vinyl power top looks beautiful and functions very well as it completely disappears into the trunk and requires no exterior boot. This is a wonderful design feature that keeps the lines of the Lincoln clean and crisp. The black convertible vinyl top is a very nice complement to the Medium Beige paint. The chrome wheel covers are in excellent condition as are the period correct white wall tires. The overall exterior of this Lincoln is stunning and is ready to be enjoyed on tours and shown.

The beautiful interior of this Lincoln Convertible is completed overall in soft and supple Medium Saddle Leather and shows little to no wear. The dash is in gorgeous condition as are the gauges which all function as designed, including the clock! The dark brown wool carpet is in very nice condition and shows very little wear, which is mostly due to the continued use of the woven floor mats. This Lincoln is very well optioned, as expected, with power steering, power brakes, power windows, power seats, temperature control (air conditioning), speed control and an AM/FM sound system. The overall interior of this Lincoln Convertible is stunning and show ready.

The Lincoln’s engine compartment has been nicely detailed and painted and is home to the smooth and strong running 462 ci V-8 motor producing 340 hp. The power is transferred to the rear wheels through the 3-speed automatic transmission which shifts smoothly and functions quietly. The undercarriage is very clean, rust free and shows well overall.

This Lincoln Continental Convertible is absolutely stunning to look at and drive. It comes complete with the Lincoln Continental Owner’s Manual, Lincoln Continental Shop Manual and the Convertible Top Operations Manual. This Lincoln needs nothing to be enjoyed on tours and shown.

We have this Lincoln Convertible priced very well. The Hagerty No. 2 value is $78,900 and the No. 3 value is $64,700, with values increasing about 6% over the last year. This Lincoln is a No. 2.

For more information and details, please call or text Harry Clark at +1.623.404.9042 or email us at sales@classicpromenade.com.

SALE PENDING to Tennessee!! This is a rare 1947 Lincoln Continental Cabriolet that is a rust-free Southern California car with only two owners since 1974. The latest owner had it beautifully restored and was the caretaker of the Cabriolet for 46 years. Only 738 Cabriolets were produced in 1947 and as a CCCA “Full Classic” this Continental can participate in CARavans and concours events. The Post War Lincolns were favored by Hollywood stars and the elite and are still fantastic designs. This Lincoln is a beautiful example and is perfect for touring and shows.

This is a beautiful rust-free Southern California car from new. By July 8, 1974, this Lincoln was acquired by Mr. James Riffenburgh of Big Bear Lake, CA. Mr. Riffenburgh enjoyed the Lincoln until it was acquired by Mr. Fred Sattler, also of Big Bear Lake, CA on September 22, 1977. Mr. Sattler commissioned a complete restoration in about 2000 and cared for and maintained the Lincoln until his passing.

This Lincoln benefitted from a complete restoration by Mr. Sattler. The beautiful livery is rich Lincoln Maroon (Paint Code 14135) and has beautiful luster and shine overall. There are a few minor paint imperfections that are only noticeable upon close inspection. The chrome and steel trim are in very nice overall condition with fine swirl marks in some high use areas. The Cabriolet comes complete with well-fitting fender skirts. The hydraulically operated tan canvas convertible top fits well, functions as designed and is in nice overall condition with only a few small imperfections. The top boot snaps well into place and is a proper fit. Continental’s most famous hallmark is its rear-mounted, exposed spare tire, which gave way to the popular after-market “Continental Kits”. Another beautiful feature is the circular push button door releases which help streamline the sleek exterior look. This stunning exterior of the E.T. “Bob” Gregorie designed Lincoln is a gorgeous example with its maroon paint, tan canvas top and wide white wall tire combination.

The interior is finished in beautiful deep red leather upholstery which is comfortable and shows very well overall. The red Wilton Wool Carpet is in nice condition showing little wear. The dash, gauges and interior chrome are all in nice condition. The AM radio is beautiful condition and the hydraulic power windows work well. The gauges all function properly apart from the radio and the clock. A beautifully designed feature is the circular push button door releases which streamline the interior as they do on the exterior.

The engine compartment is very well detailed and painted and shows beautifully overall. The 1946 through 1948 Lincolns were the only post war American car produced with a V-12 engine. The 292 ci Flathead V-12 produces 120 hp and the power is transferred to the rear differential through the 3-speed on the column manual transmission. The V-12 runs beautifully and operates quietly as does the manual transmission.

The Cabriolet comes complete with California registration slips dating back to 1974 and the 1947 Lincoln Operator’s Manual and an original sales brochure. This beautiful Lincoln is a joy to drive and shows very well. It would a welcome addition to any American automotive collection and is perfect to show or for touring.

$15,000 PRICE REDUCTION!! This is a wonderful 1948 Lincoln Continental Convertible that has an older restoration that is perfect for touring and exhibiting at regional concours events. This Lincoln is well equipped and runs and drives well. We love the Sea Gull Gray livery as it is an ideal color for touring. This is a terrific opportunity to acquire a rare CCCA Full Classic convertible that can be enjoyed and driven.

This is one of just 452 Lincoln Continental Convertibles build in 1948. This Lincoln was completed on February 20th, 1948 at the Lincoln Motor Company plant in Detroit, Michigan. It was then shipped on February 23 to the selling dealer. From this Lincolns overall condition, it was likely thoroughly restored about 20 years ago. Overall, this is a wonderful mid-range quality restoration that now shows some age. This really makes it ideal for weekend use, touring and regional concours events.

The livery looks terrific in Sea Gull Gray that has very nice shine and luster. There are small imperfections such as touched up chips, etc., but only visible upon close inspection. The chrome and stainless steel are in overall very good condition, with only a couple of small imperfections on the front bumper which are visible upon close inspection. The black canvas power convertible top has red piping which contrasts beautifully with the Sea Gull Gray paint. The top has no rips or tears but shows some minimal wear and is in overall nice condition. We love the fender skirts, spotlight, integrated fog lights, push button door openers and the hood ornament with the gold-plated base.

The Burgundy leather interior is in very good to excellent condition. The leather looks just right and is soft and supple. The seats are very comfortable, and the burgundy carpeting is in very nice condition. The power windows and power convertible top work well. The interior chrome and instruments all look nice and work well. The AM radio has been upgraded to also allow for FM. The clock is not working.

The venerable 292 CID V12 is mated to its three-speed with overdrive transmission. The performance is very nice with smooth power and acceleration. The ride is very smooth and comfortable. The engine compartment is well detailed and appropriate for most regional shows.

For more details and information, please text, call or email Harry Clark at +1.623.404.9042 or sales@classicpromenade.com. The Lincoln is in our Phoenix showroom.

CELEBRATE LINCOLN’S CENTENNITAL!! This is a gorgeous 1935 Lincoln Model K Two Window Five Passenger Sedan that has travelled 23,000 miles from new and benefitted from a complete concours restoration while preserving its stunning original interior. With a known history from new, this is a fantastic example of the quality and perfection that was developed for the Model Ks. This must be one of the nicest examples extant.

This is one of 170 of the Style 543 two window sedans made in 1935. The two window sedans were built on the 136-inch wheelbase and were beautifully close-coupled.

It was delivered new to a petite person from Avon, CT who special ordered it with a drivers seat removeable pillow and extra thick peddle pads. Early in its life, it developed a cracked head and was stored. By the 1950’s, the Lincoln was acquired by Mr. Charles Walker of Avon, CT. By July 27, 1955, the K had accumulated 16,111 miles. The Walker family enjoyed the K for the next 40+ years, showing it at many local and regional events. See the photo gallery for the photos showing it with them in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s at car shows. When Charles passed, his son, Rich inherited the K. Rich Walker continued to enjoy the K until October of 1994.

The next owners were Ray Lichota who updated the tires and placed the best two of the original Firestone tires in the side mounts, where they still reside today. The K had acquired 22,000 miles at that time. The K was then acquired by Lee Hopkins from Fortuna, CA. Mr. Hopkins enjoyed it until it was acquired by Paul Longstreth of Scottsdale, AZ in February 2008. Paul commenced a detailed and incredible restoration of a wonderful original car.

Every detail was attended to. The body was stripped to bare metal, the chassis was also stripped and refinished. The engine was removed and torn down to find there was no wear in the cylinders or other components. All the porcelain and finishes are done to top concours level.

The livery was refinished in its original Slate Green. The paint is fantastic and is complimented by gray coachstripes and beautiful chrome finished throughout. This was accomplished from the thorough restoration with a bare metal respray and all the finishes redone to very high concours standards.

The most incredible part of this classic is the original interior, Trim Code 1645. All of the interior is original save for the front mosstread carpet which has been replaced with an original replacement. The interior is very close to perfect given its age. The wool broadcloth is nearly perfect with none of the usual staining. There are a few very small moth holes in the headliner, but they are almost un-noticeable without a fine inspection. The rear passenger compartment has a heater and twin vanities. It all remains in gorgeous condition today. The rear compartment also has its compliment of silk shade, which are also in beautiful original condition. The dashboard and inlaid wood panels are all in beautiful condition. Even the keys and keyfob are original to the car and in remarkable condition today. The rear compartment has its original floor heater as well as the foot rests.

The engine compartment and the venerable 414 CID V12 are all in concours condition today. With 150 bhp, the V12 performs beautifully today, especially on the smaller and lighter shorter wheelbase. The engine was carefully disassembled and carefully inspected. It exhibited almost no wear and was then reassembled and new replacement aluminum heads were installed. It is now running beautifully. The chassis was completely stripped and repainted to concours standards in a matching Slate Green. It is gorgeous!

This is a wonderful opportunity to acquire one of the best built classic era cars for just a fraction of its restoration costs. The K comes with a full photo gallery of the restoration process, historical records and its factory information. This is an important part of automotive history, now celebrating its centennial this year!

For more details and information, please call, text or email Harry Clark at +1.623.404.9042 or sales@classicpromenade.com. The K is available for inspection in our Phoenix showroom.

This is a beautiful example of a low-mileage and well-loved 1962 Lincoln Continental Convertible that has been owned by the same collector since 1983. This is a completely rust-free Western Continental that is largely original with one older repaint. Having accumulated a fully-documented 53,000 miles since new, it is in stunning original condition and would make a wonderful touring car that would be accepted at most regional car shows.

HISTORY- Mr. F. Joseph Hoyt of Port Orchard sold this Lincoln to Mr. Stanley Jason on July 7th, 1983. At that time, the Continental had accumulated a mere 48,078 miles. Mr. Jason used the Continental sparingly as it was part of a collection of about ten cars, all milestone and special interest, low-mile cars. Mr. Jason lived in Indianola, WA until about 1995 when he moved to Arizona. It remained in his collection through today and is being offered on behalf of his estate. It has now accumulated 53,175 miles and is well documented with a stack of receipts.

EXTERIOR- The livery is stunning in a medium burgundy metallic. The repaint was performed in about 1984 and today has brilliant shine and luster, but has many areas where the paint has normal lacquer cracking. It remains highly serviceable and the cracking is only noticeable upon close inspection. In the shade and evening light, it appears to be a medium burgundy metallic. In the direct sunlight the paint transforms into a beautiful red. The chrome and stainless trim are gorgeous and reflective of a car that has been garaged and well-loved. There are a couple of small dings and light scratches in the stainless from normal use. Remember, this is a survivor with one repaint from 1984!! We believe that the convertible top is the original from the factory, and while not perfect, is in remarkable condition.

INTERIOR- The interior features its original red leather interior and its original plush red carpeting. Both remain in very nice condition and look stunning when contrasted with the original light finished wood trim that surrounds the interior of this Lincoln. The red dashboard is in excellent condition and the faux wood grained steering wheel and dashboard are without any cracking or issues. The carpet has some fading (and would be a great candidate for dye since it shows little wear) and the leather has light normal age creases, but overall the interior is a beautiful completely original interior.

MECHANICAL- The venerable 430 CID V8 was completely rebuilt, resealed and detailed in May of 2004 with less than 1,000 miles added since. All ancillary systems were rebuilt or replaced at that time, including motor mounts, hoses, water pump and power steering unit. The Lincoln runs and drives very well today. The engine produces 300 hp and the three-speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly. With the shorter 123-inch wheelbase, the Lincoln is relatively easy to drive in modern traffic.

OPERATIONS- All the windows, power convertible top raise and lower well. The convertible top mechanisms were rebuilt in 2003 and the convertible top is thought to be its original from the factory. The original AM radio works but the power antenna is not operating. The 154-point inspection report is available on our classicpromenade.com website.

For valuation purposes, the Hagerty Value Guide shows the No. 2 value at $75,300 and the No. 3 value at $48,500. This would be considered a 2 minus to 3 plus given its condition, originality and provenance. This Lincoln comes complete with its Owner’s Manual and nearly 40 years of service history.

For more details and information, please call, text or email Harry Clark at +1.623.404.9042 or sales@classicpromenade.com. The Lincoln is in our Phoenix showroom.

This is a beautiful example of a low mileage 1949 Lincoln Cosmopolitan Convertible that is one of only 12 known extant. We have been fortunate to have owned a total of four of the 12 1949 Cosmopolitan convertibles known to exist. This example is perfect for regional shows, concours events and touring as it has 45,500 miles from new and has been restored as-needed.

The Lincoln Cosmopolitans were ground breaking. It was the replacement for the Continental, as Lincoln’s top-of-the-line offering. With only 1,230 convertibles built, most car enthusiasts had never seen one, even when they were new.

This example was owned until 2013 by David Johnson of Salem, OH with a recorded 43,020 actual miles. It had been shown at the Glenmore Gathering Concours and much of the restoration had been done before 2013. The Cosmo was then sold on March 17, 2013 to Richard Greenhouse of Imperial, PA. Richard and his wife enjoyed the Cosmopolitan for the next eight years until his recent passing.

This Cosmopolitan looks terrific in its color combination. The Calabash Yellow (Paint Code 8H) livery is in touring condition with beautiful shine and luster. There are a variety of small touched up chips in the high use areas and one small crack on the passengers side front fender, as shown in the photo gallery.

The chrome and stainless is in very nice to excellent condition throughout. And the Cosmopolitan is covered in chrome! We especially love the enormous chrome brow above the front fenders, a unique application for the Cosmopolitans. Also significant are the Frenched in headlights and taillights, making the Cosmopolitans look like a custom concept car, not a limited production car.

The black Haartz cloth canvas convertible top is in excellent condition and comes complete with a matching black top boot. The power convertible top operations work very well. We have receipts for the rebuild of the hydraulic systems over the years. All of the power windows operate as well as the convertible top and the power front passengers seat.

The correct solid maroon leather is in the perfect color to compliment the Calabash Yellow paint. The leather is very soft and supple and is in very nice condition overall, with only minor scratches from use over the years. The novel power operated front seat is functioning. The matching maroon painted dashboard is also in very nice original condition, supporting the low mileage and gentle care that its received over the decades. The exclusive gold hued knobs and buttons are also in very nice condition. The maroon carpeting is in overall good condition.

Attempting to find a suitable replacement for the Continentals V12, Ford engineers got creative for the 1949 Cosmopolitans. The 336.7 CID flathead V8 was sourced out of the Ford motor company commercial truck line and delivered 152 hp. It is loaded with torque and very robust and dependable. On this example, the V8 is paired with a three-speed with overdrive, giving it excellent acceleration when compared to the Hydramatic. This would easily outperform its contemporaries, such as the Packard Custom Eight. The engine compartment is fairly well detailed for local shows. Please review the 158-point inspection report covering the condition of the Cosmopolitan. While this Cosmopolitan will benefit from small improvements, it is a very nice and attractive example.

This is an incredibly rare opportunity to acquire an iconic top-of-the-line late-1940’s convertible. For more information and details, please call, text or email Harry Clark at +1.623.404.9042 or sales@classicpromenade.com. The Cosmopolitan is available for viewing at our Phoenix showroom.
