The 1963 Triumph TR3B Roadster is in excellent overall condition, matching numbers example and has desirable options any collector would be proud of! The TR3B has the inline four 2.2L engine paired with a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive. This TR3B presents in Powder Blue with dark blue interior and comes with hard top, soft top, side screens and tonneau cover. With its low-slung profile, wire wheels, and driver-focused cockpit, the Triumph delivers the engaging, elemental sports car experience that made the TR series so beloved.

The 1963 Triumph TR3B represents the final evolution of the TR3 line, offering a rare combination of classic TR3A styling and the improved mechanical elements introduced in the TR4. As a final-year TR3B, this roadster is fitted with a badge from the Vintage Triumph Register and includes the British Motor Museum Heritage Certificate. The Triumph has its matching vin, body tag and engine number verified from the heritage certificate along with left-hand drive North American export specification, and original colors of powder blue with midnight blue trim and white weather equipment.

The exterior of the Triumph is in overall excellent condition with powder blue paint showing a high-quality finish with minimal visible imperfections from age and normal use. The defining TR3 profile, characterized by sweeping fenders, a wide grille, and compact dimensions. Brightwork and trim present in great condition. The Triumph has Lucas driving lights and wire wheels with knock-offs fitted with Dunlop blackwall radial tires (165R15).

The interior of the Triumph is finished in Navy Blue leather with white piping, presenting in excellent condition. The banjo steering wheel, chrome-rimmed speedometer, heater, windscreen washers, choke, and panel lighting and full complement of functional gauges. The left-hand-drive configuration enhances accessibility for U.S. drivers, and features such as the glovebox with chrome handle underscore the simplicity and charm of British sports car design. The cabin maintains the welcoming, purposeful feel that has long defined the TR roadster lineage.

Power is supplied by the Triumph’s inline 2.2L four-cylinder engine, producing approximately 105 horsepower. This TR3B is paired with a four-speed full-synchromesh manual transmission with upgraded overdrive, one of the TR3B’s most desirable upgrades. Front disc brakes and rear drums provide capable stopping power. The carburetor was rebuilt, choke assembly was rebuilt and serviced in September 2025. The Triumph delivers responsive handling and a classic open-air driving experience, summarizing the appeal of the final-year TR3B. The TR3B comes with a tool kit and service manual.

For more information and details, please call or text Kendi Brown at +1.623.404.9042 or email us at sales@classicpromenade.com.

This is a very nice tour quality 1963 Triumph TR4 roadster that has been restored as-needed. This TR4 is a blast to drive with excellent power, oil pressure and operating temperature. It does everything right. And we love the classic Signal Red livery with the chrome wire wheels.

The Signal Red paint is very well done and is polished beautifully. The paintwork is believed to have been completed in about 2010 and looks great today. It is definitely an overall stunning appearance with the beautiful chrome wire wheels with bub spinners, excellent chrome throughout and a newer black convertible top and tonneau cover. The panel gaps between the hood and the two front fenders is a little uneven, as reflected in the photo gallery.

The black vinyl interior is well done and shows minimal wear. The black seats have the classic white piping and the black carpet is in very nice condition throughout. Over the carpets are Triumph logoed black carpeted mats. The present owner installed a full Bluetooth enabled sound system, auxiliary power points for phones, etc. and externally mounted speakers. The white dashboard trimmed with black vinyl has all of the instruments working well.

The engine compartment is well detailed. The 2,138 cc four-cylinder performs beautifully. The engine was thoroughly rebuilt in July 2020 by Heritage Auto in Costa Mesa. The Triumph has completed about 700 miles since the engine rebuilt. In 2019, the Triumph had a complete rebuild of the clutch, steering, electrical system, motor mounts and more. The entire drivetrain feels just right with excellent oil pressure, operating temperature (even in 100 degree weather) and shifts beautifully with no synchromesh issues. The four-speed transmission is fully syncromeshed. In total, about $10,000 has been invested in the mechanical and electrical systems in the past two years. The invoices are included in the sale of the car, along with a full Service Manual and an original Owner’s Manual.

The early history of the Triumph is not known, however, by May of 2011 it was acquired by John Fildes from Mission Viejo, CA. They enjoyed the Triumph for about nine years selling it to its present owner from Green Valley, AZ.

This TR4 is priced to sell. The Hagerty Price Guide has the No. 2 value $27,700 and the No. 3 value at $16,700. This is clearly right between a No. 2 and No. 3 example and priced accordingly.

For more information and details, please call, text or email Harry Clark at +1.623.404.9042 or sales@classicpromenade.com. The TR4 is in our Phoenix showroom for viewing and inspection.

SOLD to California!! This is a local consignment of a 1973 Triumph TR6 Roadster that has been in California and Arizona since new. It comes with about 40 years of detailed maintenance and service receipts, original Mimosa Yellow paint and black vinyl interior and exudes the love and care invested in it.

This is a perfect candidate for preservation classes at concours event or British car shows. Only the passenger door had some repair work in the early 1980’s. All other panels are completely original Mimosa yellow paint and totally rust and accident free. The paint has many little rock chips, but overall it is in excellent condition and the original paint MUST be kept. This is not a car to repaint- it is too nice!

Most likely from the selling dealer, the car had many pin stripe details added. We have removed the pinstripe as it was very dated in color and style, but we retained the hand painted “Triumph” on the front fenders. There is a very slight ghosting of some of the pin stripe, because we were careful not to dig too deep into the gorgeous original paint. It looks great!

Linda Brown from Tempe has owned it for the past decade and has had it fastidiously maintained at The MG Shop in Tempe, AZ. The TR comes with a enormous stack of 40 years worth of receipts, documenting the 120,000 miles of ownership and continuous service and maintenance. The TR is also equipped with the optional luggage rack, which look terrific and are very practical for weekend getaways and picnics. The convertible top is nearly new and works well. The original wood dashboard is in very nice condition, with only minor cracking, mainly near the glove box door.

We’ve had an opportunity to drive it, and it is a blast to drive. The performance is strong, the oil pressure excellent, the temperature gauge was always quite low, even in 90 degree weather on the freeway as well as in traffic. The four speed transmission was excellent as well as the brakes. Mechanically, this car has been kept as well as the cosmetics. The red striped radials look right and help make the car a true time capsule. Look closely at the pictures of the engine compartment, it is gorgeous!

It comes fully accessorized with a cover cover, tonneau cover, top boot, a full library of Triumph shop manuals, owners manual and books and the aforementioned 40 years of receipts.

The TR6 is available for inspection or viewing in our Phoenix, AZ showroom. For more details or a FaceTime video inspection call, please text or call Harry Clark at +1.623.404.9042 or email us at sales@classicpromenade.com.

This is a nicely restored Southern California rust-free GT6. This GT6 was sitting in a garage for 20 years and had only accumulated 84,300 miles since new. My brother pulled it out and embarked on an extensive restoration of the cosmetics and mechanicals. The results are a very nice driver that can be exhibited at local car shows. But this is no trailer queen or concours winner.

Although not shown in the photos, the GT6 comes with its original California Blue License Plate. It also comes with a pile of receipts that document the rebuilt engine, carburetor, water pump, starter, alternator, tires, paint, interior, suspension, brakes, etc. This car is well done and is ready to be enjoyed regularly.

The new interior is very well done in black. The original steering wheel is also available with the purchase of the car. The wood dash is excellent and the instruments look great. It is obvious that this GT6 was well stored all its life.

The owners manual is also included. The only item that doesn’t work well are the turn signals. This is a very nice driving GT6 with nice power and a tight ride.

The paint is new in a nice glossy black. It is a nice repaint that will provide years of service.

Engine power and torque for the MK3 was similar to the MK2, but better aerodynamics led to a new top speed of 112 mph (180 km/h) and a 0–60 mph time of 10.1 seconds;this was now comfortably ahead of the MGB GT, which topped out at about 105 mph (169 km/h) and reached 60 mph in approximately 13 seconds. Fuel economy was also improved to 28 mpg. These two liter six cylinder engines are well proven and robust.

The Triumph GT6 is rare. This example is a California rust free example that has low miles and a nice driver quality restoration. For more details please contact us by calling Harry Clark at 602.245.7200 or email us at sales@classicpromenade.com.

This is a cosmetically freshened 1973 Triumph Spitfire 1500 that has been a rust-free California and Arizona car since new. This fun and proper sports car has enjoyed 95,000 original miles. This motorcar was purchased new in Southern California and lived half its life in Arizona. It was stored for the past 15 years before being restored and re-commissioned over the past year by the present owner.

This car has recently benefitted from a correct new Mimosa Yellow paint, interior and convertible top in the correct and original factory colors. The quality of the work is very good for car shows but this is not a concours winner. It is a very nice car to enjoy for daily or weekend use or for the occasional touring and car show exhibitions.

The 1,493cc engine is strict on fuel but generous on power. Developing 71 HP at 5,500 RPM, the car was quite capable of exceeding 100 mph! All while offering the ability to move this 1,800 lbs (816 kg) motorcar to achieve terrific gas mileage.

This is a great running motorcar with rare full syncro-mesh four speed. The rack-and-pinion steering is strong and confident. The cost when new was nearly $3,500!

Throughout its production life, many detail changes were made to the Spitfire 1500. The 1973 was one of the more desirable years since it still had the sleek and sexy chrome bumpers.

The 1500’s were considered the best of the Spitfire family. This is a British classic that will appreciate in value every year. The car runs and drives as good as it looks, this car needs nothing except a new home. A great investment for a fast appreciating English sports car. Of these, how many are low mileage rust free California cars? This is an affordable and fun collector car!

The NADA value guide shows the high retail value at $9,575. We are offering this motorcar at a huge savings. See details online at: http://www.nadaguides.com/Classic-Cars/1973/Triumph/Spitfire/2-Door-Roadster/Values

This is a fully restored 1978 Triumph Spitfire 1500 that has been a rust-free California car since new. This fun and proper sports car has enjoyed 70,000 original miles. This local Southern California car was stored for the past 18 years before being restored and re-commissioned over the past year.

The 1,493cc engine is strict on fuel but generous on power. Developing 71 HP at 5,500 RPM, the car was quite capable of exceeding 100 mph! All while offering the ability to move this 1,800 lbs (816 kg) motorcar to achieve up to 50 mpg (with the optional electric overdrive as fitted in this example). This example does not leak oil and everything is well sorted. It also comes with optional locking bonnet and fuel cap as well as new adjustable gas shocks.

This is a great running motorcar with rare full syncro-mesh four speed transmission with the factory electric over-drive option. All the original smog equipment is attached to the car. The rack-and-pinion steering is strong and confident. The cost when new was nearly $4,000!

Throughout its production life, many detail changes were made to the Spitfire 1500. The 1978 was one of the more desirable years since it still had the sleek and sexy chrome bumpers.

The 1500’s were considered the best of the Spitfire family. The main visual upgrade occurred in 1976, when – in keeping with the fashion of the time – the bright stainless steel windscreen wipers, chromed door handles and door mirrors were replaced with matte black items. In 1977 the old steering column switchgear, which still stemmed from the days of the Triumph Herald, was upgraded to more modern TR7 column stalks.

This is a British classic that will appreciate in value every year. The car runs and drives as good as it looks, this car needs nothing except a new home. A great investment for a fast appreciating English sports car. There were a mere 16,447 Spitfires made in 1978. Of these, how many are low mileage rust free California cars? This is an affordable and fun collector car!

The NADA Collector Car Value Guide suggests that this car should be valued at approximately $10,650. See the link to the NADA Site: http://www.nadaguides.com/default.aspx?LI=1-22-1-5013-0-0-0&l=1&w=22&p=1&f=5014&y=1978&m=1338&d=5710&c=13&o=31338&vi=87871&z=92591&da=-1

This is a fabulous opportunity to own a unique motorcar. Is there a TR6 in existence having accumulated fewer than 11,350 miles since new? If so, was the car cherished by one owner since new and fastidiously maintained? We offer on consignment here what may be the finest original TR6 in existence.

This Triumph was bought new at Bob Owens Sales, Inc in Westland Michigan on October 30, 1975 for $6,400. The owner first test drove the recently released TR7 wedge and upon completing the test drive asked the sales person to let him drive a TR6 so he can drive “a real sports car”. And so he did. After the test drive he had a selection of a few remaining TR6’s on the lot and chose this Pimento Red with Black interior. The car came well equipped with the removable hardtop, tonneau cover and boot, and the Michelin radial tires that are on the car to this day. (see the original sales receipt for details)

Shortly after buying the new TR6 the owner made the decision that it would be a collector car. He then consciously preserved the car in as-new condition. (Please note that the car is located in California and has been in the state for about 15 years. It has Michigan license plates only for registration purposes)

The owner of this special car is an artisan craftsman. Everything he owns is perfect or as near perfect as he can have possible. One look around his garage makes it all seem plausible. Two 1970’s Hondas underneath layers of soft blankets and perfect. The spot where the TR6 is parked has plastic tarp underneath to help prevent dust from contacting the undercarriage of the car. Of course there are no oil leaks from the car. That would not be acceptable to a perfectionist of his character.
