1950 Pontiac Chieftain Deluxe Convertible Coupe

The 1950 Pontiac Chieftain Deluxe Convertible Coupe is a rare original example that is in overall good condition (great for its age!) and ready to drive! The Chieftain is powered by its original 268ci straight-eight engine paired with a 3-speed manual transmission with power convertible top. Originally finished in Skylark Blue and refinished black early in the 50s with a red leather interior, this Chieftain is a very well-preserved example, well optioned and has documented history through its lifetime. It is rare to find an unrestored, highly original convertible Chieftain that is in this level of condition!

This Chieftain was purchased new by Carl Carlson of Worcester, Massachusetts from Stockhaus Motors in Worchester. The Chieftain was purchased in 1952 by Mr. Bill Leland, the great-great nephew of Cadillac and Lincoln founder Mr. Henry Leland when the Chieftain had approximately 17,000 miles showing. The Pontiac remained with the Leland family for roughly 68 years and spent time in long term storage from 1970 until 2010. In 1988, the engine was rebuilt, clutch replaced, pressure plate and throw-out bearings installed when the Chieftain was showing 76,000 miles. Mr. Leland sold the Chieftain to his friend, Mr. Joe Cutler, knowing that Mr. Cutler would preserve the originality and treasure the Chieftain in his collection. When Mr. Cutler purchased the Chieftain, the odometer was showing 76,020 miles. During Mr. Cutler’s stewardship, he recommissioned the Chieftain for driving by using included extra parts and servicing specifically to retain the originality while bringing the mechanics up to driving standard. Work included rebuilding the brake system, starter, carburetor, and the hydroelectric power top system. Historical notes share that the Chieftain won the “Survivor Award” for three consecutive years for the P.O.C.I National meet, won “Best of Show” at a large event in Warwick, RI and has won several first in class awards. The Chieftain was featured in a Hemmings Editorial in August 2014 (read it from our documents!). In 2020, the Chieftain was sold to the current owner with 80,000 miles showing and now showing 80,889 miles. This Chieftain is a rare find that has an impressive history with great preservation that any collector would love!

The exterior of the Chieftain is finished in black that was repainted early in its lifetime with plenty of chrome trim throughout! For paint that is likely over 70 years old, it is in great condition! The paint is in overall good condition with expected pitting, touched up rock chips and wear consistent for its age. This Pontiac wears the years well! The chrome and brightwork are in overall good condition with light surface scratches, pitting toward the front, and a more noticeable scuff on the front overriders. It’s impressive that the chrome has a bright polish and shine for being original! The Pontiac has the illuminated Chief hood ornament, dual guide spotlights, fog lamps, dual side mirrors, radio antenna, windshield wipers, deluxe bumper guards, chrome fuel door guard, chrome stone guards, fender skirts, full wheel covers and wide whitewall tires. The convertible top was redyed early in its life and remains in very good working condition and comes with boot cover. This Chieftain is remarkable for its age and use. The long-term care it has received makes this a Pontiac that is in overall good condition and ready to be enjoyed!

The interior of the Chieftain is the original red leather with tan accents on the door panels paired with a two-tone painted dash in black and tan. For the interior to be in all original condition, it’s impressive for it to have held up so well over the years and use! The original upholstery is in overall good condition with two visible tears or perforations on the front bench in the front seating while the rear seat remains in good condition. The door panels are in overall great condition, the rubber with carpet insets on the floor in front is in good condition and the original carpet in the back is in fair condition. The dash is in overall great condition, and the steering wheel has no visible cracking. The gauges are in working condition. Features include AM radio, clock, illuminated compass, and factory heater controls.

The Chieftain is powered by its original 268ci straight-eight engine producing 108 horsepower paired with a synchromesh 3-speed manual transmission. The Chieftain has a two-barrel downdraft carburetor, mechanical fuel pump, Delco-Remy generator, 6V battery that was replaced in 1/2026, and four-wheel drum brakes. Recent servicing in 2022 includes a new fuel sending unit, brake bearing replaced, cleaned the head and replaced spark plugs. This Chieftain starts well cold or warm and is lovely to drive!

Included in the sale is owner’s manual, shop manual, service records, literature, historical documentation, Hemmings magazine with editorial, and the original keys plus extra sets.

1929 Rolls-Royce Phantom II All Weather Tourer by Thrupp & Mayberly

PRICE REDUCED! This is a beautifully restored, award winning 1929 Rolls-Royce Phantom II, chassis 3XJ, that is one of the famed Maharaja examples. Being royally commissioned, this bespoke Thrupp & Maberly all-weather tourer is one of the most beautiful designs having been sent back to its coachbuilder to be “updated” from the Hooper original body in 1935. This is an ideal example that would be welcomed at any concours event worldwide as well as a delight to drive.

Finished in Ultra Black with red dual pinstripes and retaining its original British registration plate, DS8794, this Phantom II remains in beautiful fully-restored condition with exceptional provenance and concours history. This Phantom has benefitted by being restored and maintained by several of the very best, most capable engineers in the Pre-War Rolls-Royce industry. During its restoration, 3XJ benefitted from the installation of an excellent power steering system. The power from its massive original 7.7-liter engine (ZH 25) and its precise and easy power steering makes it a pleasure to drive. As an all-weather tourer, the Phantom can be configured an open tourer or enclosed saloon with division. 3XJ is ideally suited for concours exhibition, RROC touring, or inclusion in a serious prewar collection focused on Indian Royal provenance.

Built in 1929, chassis 3XJ was originally ordered by His Highness Maharaja Rameshwar Singh Bahadur of Darbhanga, one of India’s most influential princely rulers and a devoted Phantom II patron. Delivered new to Calcutta aboard the S.S. Mulberra, the Rolls-Royce was first bodied by Hooper before returning to England in 1935 to receive the current Thrupp & Maberly all-weather tourer coachwork, a transformation documented by The Autocar in January 1936. This Phantom remained in the Darbhanga collection for 38 years before returning to England in 1967, at which time mileage was recorded at approximately 8,000 original miles. Chassis 3XJ later passed through notable collectors in the United States and Europe and underwent a comprehensive restoration between 1997 and 2009. This Phantom has a significant history at many of the most important RROC and concours events, including earning Best in Class at the 2009 Meadow Brook Concours, and exhibited at the 2018 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in the “Motor Cars of the Raj” class.

The exterior of chassis 3XJ is finished in deep Ultra Black with dual red coachlines and presents with beautiful depth consistent with an older, high-quality restoration. The gorgeous Thrupp & Maberly body features a distinctive swept cowl molding, skirted fenders, polished brightwork, and an all-weather folding roof that allows conversion from open tourer to fully enclosed saloon. The original and rare Grebel headlamps, parking lights and cowl-mounted searchlights as well as its dual horns remain in excellent cosmetic condition. Side-mounted dual spares, painted wire wheels with polished ACE wheel covers, and blackwall tires all remain in excellent condition.

The interior is trimmed in soft and supple brown leather and shows light creasing consistent with careful use. The Maharaja ordered 3XJ with special ivory steering wheel and controls. The ivory four-spoke steering wheel frames an engine turned metal dashboard with a full complement of gauges and ivory-colored controls. The driver and passenger clocks are present but not currently running. Seatbelts have been installed for four occupants, and the divider window glass separates the front and rear passenger compartments. The spectacular rear vanity cabinets feature book matched burled wood cabinetry with inlaid marquetry and four Rolls-Royce logo wine glasses, adding both visual elegance and period character.

The engine and engine compartment have been beautifully detailed during its restoration. 3XJ retains its original, numbers matching 7.7 liter dual-ignition inline six with dual ignition and magneto. The four-speed manual transmission has its special ordered ivory-handled floor shifter with its matching emergency brake lever. Semi-elliptical front springs and the rear cantilever system provide the refined ride quality for which the Phantom II is known. Extensive mechanical and cosmetic work was carried out between 1997 and 2009 by leading specialists in England and the United States including Fiennes Motor Engineers, The Vintage Garage, Sports Classics, D&D Classics, E.F. Murphy, Classic Concours Restoration and Doug Seibert Automotive. The most notable restoration work was completed by Sports Classics who rebuilt the engine with new cylinder head, pistons, bearings, seals and completed engine detailing and rebuilt the transmission with new seals. Flagstaffs, electric fuel pump and power steering were installed. All electric was rewired to the original wire specifications. The generator electric starter and water pump were rebuilt. The lamp fixtures were rebuilt, rechromed, resilvered & rewired by Appleyard Vintage Headlamp Restoration Co. Fiennes Engineering in England rebuilt the fuel vac system, replaced kingpins and rebuilt shock absorbers. Regular maintenance was completed by Siebert Rolls-Royce in Rochester, NY. This Phantom II is known for light steering, smooth operation, and reliable tour performance. Chassis 3XJ is accompanied by original factory build sheets and extensive documentation.

1965 Rolls-Royce Phantom V James Young Sedanca de Ville

The 1965 Rolls-Royce Phantom V, chassis number 5VE21, represents one of the rarest Coachbuilt interpretations of the model and a significant artifact of James Young’s final years as a celebrated coachbuilder. Among only 11 Sedanca de Ville bodies mounted on Phantom V chassis, this example is the sole car built to James Young’s PV15 design, distinguished by its formal roofline and true seven-passenger accommodation. Finished in Ivory White and Royal Blue with decorative faux-caning lattice, and presented today in well-preserved condition, this unique Phantom V is ideally suited to continued preservation and concours events.

Chassis 5VE21 was first displayed at the 1965 Earls Court Motor Show, where it is recorded to have earned a bronze medal, before being delivered to its first owner, B.P. Jenks of Astbury Hall, Shropshire. The Phantom later crossed to the United States, appearing in a 1972 New York Times advertisement before being acquired by noted collector Dr. Erle Heath of Pittsburgh. From Dr. Heath, the car passed to another prominent enthusiast, Dr. Samuel Scher of Palm Beach, and later entered the Behring Collection in California. Several years afterward, it joined long-term private ownership, where it has been preserved largely as received. The odometer records just 32,825 miles, believed to be original.

The exterior presents with its original show livery of Ivory White and Royal Blue, accented by the hand painted faux cane side panels that captured attention at Earls Court in 1965. The finish remains attractive and glossy overall, though close inspection reveals some aging in the paint and chrome, with slightly uneven panel gaps consistent with its hand-built construction. Wide whitewall tires and the quad headlamp front end, introduced with later Phantom Vs, contribute to its formal yet modern presence. The current presentation retains strong visual appeal as a well-kept, concours-ready unique Rolls-Royce example.

Inside, body number 9053 offers a true seven-passenger configuration, trimmed in white and blue leather with a leather-upholstered rear compartment. The RHD front driver’s seat shows light wrinkling and discoloration, while the rear seating appears original, with some drying and mild cracking. Features include dual front and rear air conditioning systems, power-adjustable rear seating, a fitted and lighted bar, Mazal clock, Motorola tape deck, rear radio control, and picnic tables. The appointments reflect the height of 1960s luxury, intended to accommodate passengers in both comfort and style, and today they remain presentable for regular enjoyment or national and regional shows.

Power comes from the 6.2-liter V8, engine number E10PV, paired with an automatic transmission and supported by Rolls-Royce’s traditional emphasis on smoothness and silence. The engine compartment and undercarriage appear largely original and tidy, suitable for special events or concours show standards.

Accompanied by its build sheet and Rolls-Royce Foundation records, this Phantom V is both a piece of motoring history and a completely unique coachbuilt creation, standing as the only PV15 Sedanca produced by James Young.

1965 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III Flying Spur by Mulliner Park Ward

This 1965 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III Flying Spur is one of just 17 LHD examples built with Mulliner Park Ward’s elegant coachwork. Presented in concours condition, the Flying Spur combines rarity, award-winning provenance, and tasteful updates that make it both highly collectible and genuinely usable. Finished in striking Midnight Sapphire with Ivory leather interior, the Flying Spur represents one of the most desirable iterations of the Silver Cloud series.

Chassis LSFU787 was delivered new in 1965 to Katherine Goff of Corona del Mar, California, through Beverly Hills dealer Charles Hornburg. A passionate Rolls-Royce enthusiast, Mrs. Goff cared for the Silver Cloud III meticulously until her passing at age 90. Later owners included UPS heir John Bradley, who commissioned the restoration in the late 1990s, and Ronald Benach, a dedicated RROC member from Chicago. The former owner, a noted collector of significant Rolls-Royce and Bentleys, acquired the Silver Cloud III in 2016. Under this stewardship, the Flying Spur earned First in Class at Amelia Island in 2017 and the H.J. Mulliner Park Ward Award at the 2024 RROC Annual Meet which is awarded to the Best of Show Coachbuilt Rolls-Royce or Bentley at the RROC Annual meeting.

The exterior is presented beautifully in Midnight Sapphire, accented by chrome trim that retains exceptional depth and clarity. The Midnight Sapphire exterior has a deep luster and shine that is in excellent condition. The chrome trim is in excellent condition. Distinctive US-delivery clear parking light lenses, now seldom seen, adds to the rarity of this Flying Spur. The Flying Spur’s restoration and subsequent preservation ensure that it maintains concours standards while remaining highly usable for both display and touring.

Inside, the cabin is a showcase of Rolls-Royce craftsmanship. The burled walnut interior is in excellent condition and displays a rich, deep luster. The Ivory leather upholstery is supple and flawless, accompanied by tan Wilton wool carpeting and Dark Blue mouton sheepskin overlays, both in excellent condition. The Flying Spur has an integrated trunk-mounted air-conditioning unit and all instruments function correctly. The interior is in overall excellent condition and would be welcome at events worldwide.

The Flying Spur has a 6,230 cc OHV V-8 with twin SU carburetors, delivering 200 bhp through a 4-speed automatic transmission. The Flying Spur has drum brakes for all four wheels, independent front suspension with coil springs, and rear live axle with semi-elliptical leaf springs. The Flying Spur is complete with a full tool kit, jack, spare tire, the original owner’s handbook and historical documentation. The Flying Spur would be welcome at concours events and is ready for touring.

1958 Bentley S1 Continental Park Ward Drophead Coupe

PRICE IS FIRM. This is likely the most beautifully restored 1958 Bentley S1 Continental Park Ward Drophead Coupe extant, with a no-expense spared restoration by Vantage Motorworks. From a fascinating Royal history to a world-class award-winning restoration, this Bentley (Chassis No. BC25LDJ) is like no other. Having accumulated a mere 10,800 miles (17,338 kilometers) from new, this Bentley would be welcome at any major concours event worldwide.

This is one of just 31 LHD S1 Continental Drophead Coupes built by Park Ward for worldwide delivery, making this example incredibly rare. These all-aluminum Park Ward DHCs are considered one of the most beautiful and desirable Post-War Bentleys ever produced, and this example is perhaps the best in the world.

BC25LDJ was delivered to the Iraqi Royal Family in 1958 to HRH Abd al-Ilah of Hejaz, Crown Prince of the Hashemite Kingdom of Iraq. Within months, the Royal family was overthrown during the 14 July Revolution. Years later, BC25LDJ was acquired by Baghdadi businessman, Omar al-Janabi. Mr. Janabi treasured the Bentley and even had it repainted white to celebrate his son’s wedding. In 1992, Mr. Janabi loaned out the Bentley for the filming of the movie King Ghazi, where it caught the eye of Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussien. He offered to buy the car from Mr. Janabi, but after several unsuccessful offers, Hussien seized the Bentley for his collection. Hussien repainted the car to two-tone blue and silver.

After Hussien’s dictatorship fell, angry citizens looted the presidential palaces and destroyed, stole and vandalized the cars within Hussien’s collection. Very few cars from the collection survived the Iraq war. Mr. Janabi had been following the Bentleys licensing status over the years and was able to provide ownership records to the US army, proving he was the rightful owner and reclaiming the Bentley.

In 2015, Mr. Steve Maman, a Canadian Collector, acquired the Bentley while on a humanitarian mission in Iraq. The Bentley was shipped to Mr. Maman’s home in Canada and was later acquired by Mr. Jim George, a Michigan real estate developer. Mr. George shipped the Bentley to Miami to be restored by the renowned marque specialist, Richard Gorman of Vantage Motorworks.

Mr. Gorman completed the 17-month $1.1 million restoration of the Bentley to its original specifications, by the summer of 2017. BC25LDJ debuted at the 2017 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and subsequently won Best in Class at the 2018 Concours d’Elegance of America in Plymouth, Michigan. In August 2022, the Bentley was featured and sold at the RM Sotheby’s auction in Monterey for $1,875,000.

The restoration of the Bentley spared no expense and is in excellent condition, presenting in nearly perfect concours condition today. BC25LDJ was meticulously restored and returned back to all of its original specifications. The exterior is gorgeous in its original Metallic Silver and complemented with a single Dark Blue pinstripe. The paint condition is excellent in every regard with a deep shine and luster. The Dark Blue Everflex power convertible top appears as new and is complete with a Dark Blue leather convertible top boot. The stainless steel and chrome are in excellent condition. BC25LDJ is spectacular, presenting in concours condition in every regard and shows minimal signs of use or wear.

The beautiful interior features Dark Blue Connolly leather that is in excellent showroom condition. Park Wards famous burl walnut and light crossband woodwork is gorgeous and appears perfect. The complementary Light Grey Wilton wool carpet is in excellent condition. During restoration, AC was installed with vents in the rear behind the backseat. All of the instrumentation and original AM radio are in excellent condition.

BC25LDJ features the venerable 4.9-liter inline six-cylinder engine with four-speed automatic transmission. The original engine and all systems and components were meticulously rebuilt by Vantage Motorworks during its restoration. The engine compartment and chassis are meticulously detailed and restored to concours quality. This Bentley features the desirable power-assisted steering, electrically adjustable rear lever-arm shock absorbers, and servo-assisted drum brakes.

Factory build sheets, Owners Handbook, and a binder with historical documentation are included in the sale of this Bentley. BC25LDJ is complete with its small tools, large tools and is accessorized with a rare and valuable No. 10 Continental Touring kit.

1923 Hispano-Suiza H6B Cabriolet by Fernandez et Darrin

The 1923 Hispano-Suiza H6B Cabriolet, chassis number 10734, is a concours-winning example of one of Europe’s most technically advanced and aesthetically elegant automobiles of the interwar years. Winner of First in Class at the 2024 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, this Hispano-Suiza combines Fernandez et Darrin’s sleek cabriolet coachwork with the marque’s aircraft-derived engineering to create a motorcar of exceptional presence. Finished in black over light gray leather with nickel-plated trim, the H6B represents a world-class candidate for the most exclusive concours events worldwide.

Chassis 10734 was purchased new in June 1923 by Albert Venot. While the original body is not recorded, factory documentation suggests that the Hispano-Suiza was returned in 1929 for rebuilding, with Fernandez et Darrin completing the present Cabriolet bodywork in 1932. In the 1950s, the Hispano-Suiza was discovered in a French salvage yard, with the chassis and engine numbers verified against the original Venot car. The H6B was later acquired by collector Mr. Bitel and then passed to Dutch enthusiasts Jan Bruijn and J.A. Palman in the late 1980s. After a period of incomplete restoration, the Hispano-Suiza was sold to Otis Chandler in 2002 and entered the care of Stu Laidlaw in California. Following Chandler’s passing, George Fernandez of Spain assumed ownership before being acquired by collector Sam Mann in 2015, who completed the restoration. Today, the Hispano-Suiza is offered in fully restored, concours-winning condition with a fascinating and well-documented history.

The exterior coachwork by Fernandez et Darrin is finished in a sleek black with nickel-plated hardware throughout, in overall excellent condition. The Hispano-Suiza features a folding black soft top, dual coach doors with nickel handles, Marchal headlights, sweeping fenders with art deco accent lamps, and the marque’s signature Flying Stork mascots at both the radiator and rear deck. Dual windshields, including a cleverly concealed screen for rumble seat passengers, provide elegance and functionality. Full cloth side mount wheel covers, and a prominent grille complete the striking, period-correct presentation.

The interior is upholstered in light gray leather with black piping, complemented by matching grey carpets and floor mats which are all in excellent condition. Mahogany wood trim adorns the doors and dashboard, while the etched nickel-plated instrument panel features Jaeger gauges labeled in French, including a 130 km/h speedometer and matching auxiliary instruments. The right-hand drive configuration, complete with steering wheel throttle controls and a floor-mounted shifter, reflects the car’s original sporting character. A Cognac Brown convertible headliner and nickel-plated hardware complete the thoughtful, authentic finish. Every element of the Hispano-Suiza’s interior reinforces the quality and craftsmanship expected of one of Europe’s premier luxury marques.

The Hispano-Suiza H6B was engineered by Swiss designer Marc Birkigt and became legendary for its technical sophistication. Powered by a 6.6-liter inline six-cylinder derived from aviation practice, the H6B employed steel cylinder liners in an aluminum block, overhead camshaft valve actuation, and a pressure-lubricated crankshaft with seven main bearings. Servo-assisted four-wheel brakes, patented by the marque, gave the Hispano-Suiza stopping power unmatched by contemporaries. Chassis 10734 retains its early-style rear axle assembly and crankcase, with evidence of an updated block dating from the 1929 rebuilding, while original components including the carburetor, distributor caps, and valve covers remain present. The Hispano-Suiza runs very well, reflecting both the brilliance of its engineering and the care invested in its recent restoration.

1933 Chrysler CL Imperial Custom Phaeton coachwork by LeBaron

This 1933 Chrysler CL Imperial Custom Phaeton with coachwork by LeBaron represents one of the rarest and most celebrated Classic Era offerings from Chrysler, with only 36 examples built. This Chrysler, chassis 7803648, retains its original matching-numbers engine and is accompanied by exceptional provenance, concours accolades, and a 72-page history file. Finished in Dark Grey over Red leather, the Chrysler combines striking presentation with well-preserved authenticity, making this Chrysler an ideal candidate for both top-level exhibition and discerning private enjoyment.

Delivered new in 1933 to Louis Marx of New York City, co-founder of the famed Louis Marx & Company toy empire, the Imperial carries a colorful ownership history that underscores its importance. After passing to Mr. Marx’s general manager George Dressler, the Chrysler was acquired in 1947 by Manassas, Virginia, resident Edgar Rohr, who famously bought the car when he discovered the Chrysler wore the same tire size as his work truck at a time when tires were hard to procure. Mr. Rohr repainted the Imperial bright red with yellow stripes to match his position as a volunteer fireman. Mr. Rohr used it to promote his business for decades before selling it to collector Rick Carroll in the late 1970s. By the late 1980s, the Imperial was owned by David Huckins of New Hampshire, who restored it and owned the Chrysler for more than 20 years. The Chrysler was acquired in 2014 and was shown extensively, achieving multiple best in class awards at Amelia Island, Greenwich, Hershey, St. Michaels, and Boca Raton concours events.

The exterior today is presented in a two-tone Grey with Deep Red accents that remains in excellent condition. The Chrysler has dual side-mounted spares with covers, bright chrome accents, dual mirrors, and an imposing grille. The chrome trim is in excellent condition throughout. The coachwork, designed and executed by LeBaron, features the long hood, split windscreen, and dual-windshield phaeton body that made these CL Imperials among the most visually striking American cars of the early 1930s.

Inside, the Chrysler features rich Red leather bench seating and matching door cards that are in excellent condition with supple surfaces. The Dark Grey wool carpet presents well and is in great condition. The engine turned metal dashboard and complete array of gauges are in excellent working order. The rear compartment benefits from the dual-windshield phaeton design and roll up division window offering both passengers and driver a balance of open-air motoring with refined comfort. The interior has been carefully preserved and remains a highlight of the Chrysler’s presentation.

Mechanically, this Imperial retains the original Chrysler “Silver Dome” L-head inline eight-cylinder engine with single Stromberg carburetor, producing 125 hp. Power is delivered through a 4-speed manual transmission, with 4-wheel hydraulic drum brakes. The suspension is comprised of semi-elliptical leaf springs and live axles, remains faithful to factory specification and contributes to its smooth driving experience. The engine and chassis have been fully detailed for concours exhibition. This Chrysler would be welcome at concours events worldwide!

Properly maintained over the years, the Chrysler is mechanically sound and remains equally suited for concours exhibition or light touring. As one of the rarest Classic Era Chryslers, this example sets itself apart with remarkable history and extensive documentation, making this 1933 Chrysler CL Imperial Custom Phaeton a true prize for the discerning collector.

1965 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III

This 1965 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III is an LHD, U.S. Delivery, mechanically sorted example with 54,000 miles! This Silver Cloud III is finished in Mason’s Black with Beige interior and has air conditioning. The original 6.2L V8 is paired with the four speed GM Hydramatic automatic transmission. The Silver Cloud III is in overall good condition and is well-suited for touring use and local shows. LHD Silver Cloud IIIs that are mechanically sorted rarely come up for sale as they are one of the best modern classics and in high demand.

This Silver Cloud III was ordered through Rolls-Royce by Roy Barver Inc. of California for its original owner, Lawrence Adams, MD of Hollywood, CA. This Silver Cloud III was delivered to the Los Angeles port aboard the Sanuki Maru. The original color specifications were Mason’s Black with gold pinstriping and Beige interior. The original specifications include left-hand drive, electric windows, electric aerial, Sundym glass, and whitewall tires.

The exterior of this Rolls-Royce is in overall good condition with the Mason’s Black paint presenting with a high gloss and showing normal signs of age and use. There is evidence of overspray through the exterior. The red pinstriping is in excellent condition and is a defined accent along the body lines. The polished stainless-steel wheel covers have the black center with its fine red pinstripe. Brightwork is in overall great condition, with noted dents present on both front swan neck overriders and minor wear visible across trim surfaces. Lighting includes dual headlights, fog lamps, and clear-lens parking lamps, all in good working order. The exterior reflects a well-maintained driver that presents in its striking color combination even with noted cosmetic imperfections

The interior of this Rolls-Royce is in overall good condition, highlighted by Beige Connolly leather seating that shows minimal wear. Walnut burl across the dashboard is in excellent condition, while the door cap walnut burl and crossband is in fair condition with visible aging. The beige door panels are in good condition, and the beige carpeting is in good condition. This Rolls has front air conditioning that provides terrific cold air through the control switch below the dash. This Silver Cloud III has fully functional gauges, a front tray table with an integrated ashtray, AM radio with electric aerial, and rear picnic tables. This interior presents in good condition and will be enjoyed while driving.

This Silver Cloud III has the venerable 6.2-liter V8 which proved to be the longest produced V8 in automobile history. The V8 is paired with the reliable four speed GM Hydramatic transmission which was rebuilt in 2024. The major mechanical servicing was completed by JBS Autoworks from late 2024 to 2025 that totaled over $64,000. The most recent work in 2025 included replacement of the power steering belts, hose, seals, radiator, brake master cylinder, brake system service including shoes and drums, alternator, A/C compressor, and a rebuild of the steering box. In late 2024, the Rolls-Royce received fluid service, new tires, carburetor service, replacement of sway bar and trailing arm bushings, engine gasket replacement, power steering pump replacement, full transmission rebuild, brake servo rebuild, voltage regulator replacement, ignition service including plugs and wires, and starter switch replacement. This Silver Cloud is ready to be toured!

1960 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II

This 1960 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II is a beautiful US delivery LHD example with factory air conditioning and is in overall great condition! The 1960 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II chassis LSRA217 represents a refined example of the model that introduced V8 power to the celebrated Silver Cloud line. Showing 97,645 miles, the Rolls-Royce presents in great condition and remains ideally suited for touring, club events, and traditional Rolls-Royce motoring.

Chassis LSRA217 was delivered to the United States in June 1960 to Charles Edwin Davis of San Marino, California, originally finished in Velvet Green with Beige interiors. One of just 2,417 Series II examples produced, the Rolls-Royce combines the marque’s legendary craftsmanship with the improved performance of the 6.2-liter V8 and GM Hydra-Matic automatic transmission. The Rolls-Royce passed to Colleen Horner of Newport Beach, California in 1973 and later to Leo Goodkind of Waterloo, Nebraska in 1978. The current owner acquired the Silver Cloud II in 2001. The Rolls-Royce has been maintained as a respected touring example and participated in the 2001 AACA Eastern Fall Meet in Hershey, PA. Accompanying documentation includes original build sheets, the chassis card, and ownership history.

The Rolls-Royce is currently in velvet green over silver two tone with tan pinstriping that presents in great condition and shows good depth and luster. The prominent chrome grille, bumpers, Great Britain badge, and Spirit of Ecstasy remain bright and in very good condition. The cosmetic imperfections found are a slight dent on the rear driver-side swan neck overrider and dent on the roofline just above the windshield. The steel wheels finished in Velvet Green with Rolls-Royce logos present in good condition consistent with normal use and are mounted with wide whitewall tires in good condition but will need to be replaced due to age (2004). We are a dealer through Coker tire that the next owner can choose to use to purchase tires of their preference before delivery.

The Rolls-Royce interior is trimmed in original beige leather paired with beige wool carpeting that presents in good overall condition. The interior wood and carpeting were restored in 2001. There is wear consistent with age and use with one tear and some cracking in the driver’s side seat. This left-hand-drive U.S. example retains its original charm with burled walnut door cappings and dash panels that remain in great condition. Smiths instrumentation, factory amenities include air conditioning, power windows, and an AM/FM radio, while rear picnic tables finished in matching burl walnut continue to present in great condition and enhance the Silver Cloud’s traditional passenger comfort.

The Rolls-Royce is powered by the 6.2-liter V8 engine (engine number 271AS) paired with a four-speed GM Hydra-Matic automatic transmission, offering improved torque and smoother power delivery compared with earlier Silver Cloud models. The chassis incorporates power steering, front independent suspension with coil springs, and a rear live axle with semi-elliptical leaf springs, with four-wheel servo-assisted drum brakes deliver controlled stopping performance. The water pump, alternator and belts were replaced in 2017 and a complete brake service was completed in 2017. In 2013, the wiper motor was rebuilt and electric accessories were serviced which included wiring fixes for power windows, turn signals, foglights, door latches, bake lights and bulb replacements. The AC compressor was rebuilt in 2002. Chassis LSRA217 includes some service records, the original build sheets, chassis card, a spare tire and jack.

1959 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud I LWB with Division

This is a one family from new, Beverly Hills chauffer driven 1959 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud I Long Wheelbase with Division (Limousine) that has been consistently maintained and restored, only as needed. This is a fabulous example of an investment grade Silver Cloud; Fully documented from its original sales invoice through today, this rust-free California example has excellent service and restoration history, regardless of cost. Whether to be used on tours, local dinners or at concours events, this is a Rolls-Royce worthy of serious consideration.

Of the 2,238 Silver Cloud I’s, only 38 LHD long wheelbase with division examples were produced for the worldwide market. Of these, only a small number were for US delivery. LCLC19 was ordered on the 3^rd of June 1959 by MM Kasler, VP of the Free Sewing Machine Co of Beverly Hills, CA. The order was placed through the Rolls-Royce dealer Peter Satori of Calif, Inc. at a cost of $19,681. This Rolls was loaded with options, including the desirable rear air conditioning, power steering, electric windows, rear seat vanities, radio controls for the rear passenger and a sheepskin mouton overlay for the rear passengers.

The son of Russian immigrants, Jay Kasler was raised in Canada where he started and owned several companies, including Free Sewing Machine. In 1954, Jay Kasler and some of his friends went to Sacramento to get a bank charter and started City National Bank in Beverly Hills and Jay was its first Chairman of the Board.

This Silver Cloud was driven for nearly 15 years exclusively by Mrs. Jay Kasler’s chauffeur, Raymond Russell Jones. Mr. Jones served as the chauffeur for the Kasler family from 1940 until the early 1970’s, except for when he was in the US military during WWII. Mr. Jones was the only person driving the Rolls until his retirement. The Rolls continued to be serviced by the Rolls-Royce dealer or marque specialist for decades, with service records kept meticulously in its file (included in the sale).

In 1988, Mrs. Kasler’s daughter, Mrs. Alex Roger, who had inherited the Rolls, invested approximately $25,000 repainting it in its original Shell Gray, refinishing the wood, updating some of the interior and many mechanical updates we well. She enjoyed it for a short time before she passed. It was then inherited by her son, and then, ultimately, by her great-grandson who cares for the car through today. It is likely impossible to have better provenance than this.

The Shell Gray metallic paint is nearly perfect. The shine and luster are excellent with very few imperfections. The paint is what we would consider concours for such an original motorcar. The Shell Gray is complemented with a proper beautiful blue pinstripe. The chrome and stainless steel are also excellent. We love the black walled tires, which just look right on this Rolls.

The Gray Leather interior is beautiful today and is very soft and supple. The leather was replaced in 1988 when Mrs. Roger restored her Rolls. The leather is in very nice condition today with only normal creases from occasional use and loved maintenance. The burl Walnut wood throughout was refinished in 1988 and looks fantastic today. The original Blue Wilton wool carpeting in the front compartment could benefit from replacement as it is original and shows wear. The rear passenger compartment features a lovely original sheepskin mouton overlay with a special diamond pattern.

Hidden inside the rear seat center armrest is a complete original Roll-Royce vanity set in as-new condition. The front compartment contains the controls for the air conditioning system and its Radiomobile radio.

The engine compartment is well detailed, and the 4.9 liter six-cylinder engine performs well along with its four-speed automatic transmission. The driving impression is truly wonderful. The power steering makes it easy to drive, the Rolls feels relatively light and confidence inspiring. Instantly, it felt much as one must have felt to drive as when it was new. The long wheelbase version is extended through the rear doors by four inches to 127-inches, making the riding impression noticeably smoother. Between its consistent maintenance, this Rolls is a delight to drive.

In the trunk are the original tools, the spare, flashlight, jack and everything originally delivered with this Rolls. Even more significant, the original owner’s manual, sales brochures, Workshop repair manual, original sales invoice, factory data card and build sheets, and all service invoices for six decades of loving care are included. A car cover is also included.

Rarely do we see such incredible provenance.
